Module 1 – Seeding Self-awareness
Module One's focus is OBSERVE. Self-awareness is a super power! Let's ease into your freedom to breath by moving into a power position!

Module 2 – Setting Realistic Goals and Reclaiming your Power
Module Two's focus is Control. Often what we try to control is truly out of our control, this leaves us in a very dis-empowered position. By Reclaiming where your power truly lies, you will empower yourself to feel much more in control of your life and your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Module 3 – Healthy Boundaries for a Happy, Healthy YOU!
Module Three's Focus is all about LETTING GO! In order to create a new way of life, you need to make room for the freedom and peace that you deserve. That means, there will be things you will need to purge, release, let go of and say NO to in order to make that happen.

Module 4 -Setting Realistic Goals and Reclaiming your True Power
Module Four's focus is avoiding self-sabotage & Seeding new Feelings.

Module 5 – Empowerment through Pattern Resolution!
Module five's focus is Understanding & Wisdom This module we are exploring recognizing our patterns, through this awareness, we reclaim a new level of control and healing. When we understand ourselves and how our subconscious patterns work we can resolve them and create a new way of life!
